They are successive revisions of the same part. They are interchangeable: a new 03L130277B replaces a 03L130277S or a 03L130277C. The corresponding Continental part number is A2C59513554.

Replace just one injector or all four?
A single injector can be replaced if the others are in good condition. Beyond 150,000 km, or if several injectors show symptoms, replacing all 4 avoids repeated repairs. This is also where the set of 4 is the most economical option (€252.40 per injector).
