Shipping policy
Last updated: 21 September 2026
This policy describes the shipping and delivery conditions for orders placed on https://injexo.fr/.
1. Delivery areas
The available destinations are those offered at the time the order is placed. An address that cannot be selected during checkout is not considered to be served.
2. Order preparation
Orders are prepared after payment has been validated and the information needed to process them has been checked.
Where a product page shows “dispatched within 24 h”, this refers to handing the parcel to the carrier within approximately 24 working hours for a product in stock. Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, payment checks and fitment verification requests may extend this time.
The dispatch time must not be confused with the carrier's delivery time.
3. Delivery times
The estimated delivery time or date is given before the order is validated, at checkout or in the order confirmation.
Times remain estimates where they depend on the carrier, customs checks, an external event or a period of high activity. Where no date or time is stated, delivery takes place at the latest within the applicable statutory period.
4. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed before payment according to the destination, weight, volume, carrier and service selected. The customer can see the total amount of their order before confirming it.
5. Order tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking number or link is sent by e-mail or made available in the customer account. Some time may be needed before the carrier activates tracking.
6. Accuracy of the address
The customer must provide a complete and accurate address, including the recipient's name, the street number and name, the postcode, the town, the country and any information useful for delivery.
Any change request must be sent immediately to contact@injexo.fr. An address can no longer be changed once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
7. Parcel returned to sender
Where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, a prolonged absence, a failure to collect it or an unjustified refusal, Injexo contacts the customer to agree on a new dispatch or a refund. New shipping charges may remain payable by the customer where the return results from incorrect information or a failure attributable to them.
8. Late delivery
In the event of a delay, the customer can contact Injexo at contact@injexo.fr
Where delivery does not take place within the agreed time, consumer customers have the rights provided for by the applicable regulations, in particular the right to require delivery within a reasonable additional period and then, under the statutory conditions, to terminate the contract.
9. Damaged, incomplete or opened parcel
On receipt, the customer should check the external condition of the parcel. If there is a visible anomaly, we recommend that you:
- take photographs of the parcel, the label and the product;
- record precise reservations with the carrier where possible;
- keep all the packaging;
- contact Injexo promptly at contact@injexo.fr.
The absence of reservations does not deprive consumers of their legal guarantees.
10. Lost parcel
Where a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, the customer should check their address, any drop-off points and their neighbours, and contact the carrier. Injexo may open an investigation with the carrier and request the information needed to process it.
The risk of loss or damage passes to consumer customers when they take physical possession of the product, unless they have themselves chosen a carrier not offered by Injexo.
11. Split shipments
An order may be shipped in several parcels where the products come from different stocks or require separate handling. The customer then receives the tracking information available for each shipment, at no additional cost that has not been agreed beforehand.
12. Customs duties and taxes: DDP delivery
Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are paid before delivery, including for destinations outside the European Union offered at checkout (in particular the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway).
The amount shown at checkout is final: there is nothing to pay the carrier on delivery. If a carrier nevertheless asks for a payment for duties or taxes, the customer should not pay it and should contact Injexo immediately at contact@injexo.fr.
