Frequently asked questions before ordering
How do I check the injector's compatibility?
The most reliable way is to compare the part number engraved on your old injector with the one on the product page. You can also send us your vehicle details using our verification form: our team confirms the right model before you order.
Where can I find my injector's part number?
The part number is usually engraved or printed on the injector body, on the top or the side. It often starts with a manufacturer prefix (e.g. 0445… for Bosch) or matches a carmaker part number (e.g. 03L130277J). If it is unreadable, contact us with your registration number or VIN.
Can I send you my registration number?
Yes. Your registration number or VIN lets us identify your vehicle's exact engine and check which injector part number fits. Use the verification form or contact us directly.
Are the injectors new or remanufactured?
The injectors sold by INJEXO are 100% new genuine parts. The condition of each product is clearly stated on its product page, with no ambiguity.
Are the injectors tested?
Yes. Every injector is checked before shipping: visual inspection, connector check and confirmation that it matches the stated part number.
Still have questions?
Contact usWhat warranty do you offer?
All our injectors come with a 12-month warranty. Full terms are set out in our terms and conditions of sale, and our customer service team will answer your questions before you buy.
Can I return an incompatible injector?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return an injector that has not been fitted, in line with our returns policy. This is exactly why we offer a free compatibility check before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, then delivered in 4 to 6 working days in France, the European Union and the United Kingdom, for €10 shipping. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Does the injector need to be programmed or coded after fitting?
It depends on the vehicle and the type of injector. Some engines require the injector to be coded or learned with a diagnostic tool after fitting. If in doubt, ask us before ordering: we will tell you whether your part number needs coding.
Should the injector be fitted by a professional?
We recommend having an injector replaced by a professional. Fitting requires a precise procedure (cleanliness, tightening torques, bleeding the fuel system if needed) and, on some vehicles, coding with a diagnostic tool.
