Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed on https://injexo.fr/. It supplements the Terms of Sale without limiting the consumer's statutory rights.
1. Right of withdrawal
Consumer customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to inform Injexo of their decision to withdraw, without having to give reasons.
After notification, the product must be returned within the following 14 days.
The request can be sent to contact@injexo.fr, stating the order number, the customer's name and the products concerned.
2. Condition of returned products
The customer may handle the product as far as necessary to check its nature, characteristics and apparent compatibility.
The product must be returned with its accessories, documents, protective materials and packaging where available. A reduction in value may be applied where the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to examine it.
For technical and safety reasons, an injector that has been fitted, coded, supplied with fuel, contaminated, damaged or modified may suffer a significant loss of value. Each case is assessed individually and this does not remove the legal guarantees where the goods are not in conformity.
3. Return procedure
- Send a request to contact@injexo.fr.
- State the order number, the product part number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for the instructions and the return address provided by Injexo.
- Pack the product carefully and keep proof of dispatch.
Do not return a product to the registered office without prior instructions, as the logistics address may differ from the company's administrative address.
4. Return costs
In the case of a withdrawal where the product is not faulty, the direct return costs are payable by the customer.
Where the product is incorrect, damaged on delivery or found not to be in conformity, Injexo covers the reasonable return costs according to the instructions given to the customer.
5. Refund after withdrawal
Injexo refunds the sums due, including the cost of the initial standard delivery, within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal at the latest.
The refund may be withheld until the product has been recovered or proof of dispatch has been received, whichever comes first.
Additional costs arising from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered are not refunded.
The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise at no additional cost.
6. Incorrect, incomplete or damaged product
If the product is incorrect, incomplete or damaged, contact Injexo promptly with:
- the order number;
- photographs of the product, its packaging and the parcel label;
- a precise description of the problem;
- the part number received and the part number ordered.
After checking, Injexo offers a suitable solution: replacement, supply of the missing item, repair where possible, or a refund.
7. Compatibility error
A visual resemblance between two injectors does not guarantee that they are compatible. The customer must check the engraved part number, the engine, the engine code and the connectors.
Where an incorrect part number has been ordered despite accurate information and written confirmation from Injexo, the request is reviewed in order to offer a suitable solution. Where the error results from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, the return and reshipment costs may remain payable by the customer.
8. Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions laid down by the applicable law.
The legal guarantee of conformity may be relied on for two years from delivery of the goods. It applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may be announced, in particular a 12-month commercial guarantee.
Where a defect falls under the legal guarantee, the consumer may request that the product be brought into conformity by repair or replacement under the statutory conditions. Where those solutions are impossible, disproportionate or cannot be carried out within the time allowed, a price reduction or termination of the contract may be granted.
9. Legal exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products covered by a statutory exception, in particular goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. This exception is applied only where it genuinely corresponds to the nature of the product ordered.
10. Cancelling an order
A cancellation request must be sent to contact@injexo.fr as soon as possible, stating the order number.
Before dispatch: the cancellation is accepted and the order is refunded in full.
After dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled, as the parcel is in the hands of the carrier. Consumer customers keep their 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, under the conditions set out in article 1.
