Genuine Siemens VDO (Continental) Common Rail injector, brand new, for Renault Master III, Vauxhall/Opel Movano B and Nissan NV400 vans with the 2.3 dCi / 2.3 CDTI engine (M9T).

Bosch or Siemens? Depending on the version, the Master III 2.3 dCi is fitted with Siemens VDO injectors (number engraved on the head, e.g. 166000372R) or Bosch injectors (number on the body, e.g. 0445110375). The two are not interchangeable: check the brand and part number of your injector before ordering.

Fitting

  • Always replace the copper washer
  • Check the high-pressure pump for metal particles
  • Check the leak-off of the other injectors
  • Bleed the fuel system after fitting
Coding after fitting: the calibration code engraved on the injector head must be entered into the engine ECU with a suitable diagnostic tool (Renault CLIP, Opel MDI, Nissan Consult or equivalent). Without this coding, the engine will not run at its best. Professional fitting recommended.

Is this really a new injector?

Yes. A genuine new Siemens VDO (Continental) part, never fitted. Most of the market sells remanufactured exchange units; we don't.

Is there a core charge?

No. There is no core charge and no need to return your old injector. The price shown is the final price, excluding delivery.

My Master has Bosch injectors – will this fit?

No. If your van is fitted with Bosch injectors (part number starting with 0445…), you need our Bosch 0445110375 injector. This Siemens VDO injector only replaces original Siemens VDO injectors.

166000372R, 166093282R, A2C3335190080: what's the difference?

These are the Renault, Opel and Continental numbers for the same part, all interchangeable. The full list is shown under equivalent OEM part numbers.

Should I replace one injector or all four?

A single injector can be replaced if the others are in good condition. On a high-mileage van, or if several injectors show symptoms, replacing all 4 avoids repeated downtime.
